Meditation is something I avoided like the plague.
It felt so restrictive. There seemed to be so many rules… wake up at 3 am, can’t lay down, must be silent, do it with breathwork.
It felt overwhelming and not like something I would ever be interested in until I started to realize, rules don’t apply.
Mediation is not a one size fits all.
There’s no right or wrong way. There is just the way that works for you!
For some people staring at the ocean is meditation, taking photos is meditation, laying in silence or listening to music can be meditation.
It doesn’t need an hour of the day and you can be comfortable doing it!
